Ordering Information

Step 1:  Contact us by email or telephone to begin the process of creating your unique bed, bookcase, baker's rack, or accessory piece.  See the Contact Us page for information.

Step 2:  Once we have agreed on the design and price, we will send a purchase contract for you to sign.  Because all of our work is custom, we require a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the purchase price.  The rest of the price will be due at the time of delivery or shipping.

Step 3:  When we receive your signed document with your deposit payment, our custom furniture craftsman will begin working on your unique piece of furniture.  We will be in contact with you throughout the process.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated based upon distance.  If your item is shipped, we will charge you the actual cost of shipping.  Please contact us for further information.

Warranty Information

At Hickory Forge we pride ourselves on providing exceptional quality and outstanding customer care.  We will do everything within our power to see that you are pleased with our product.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our product within 30 days of delivery, please let us know.  You may return the piece to us, and we will gladly refund the purchase price.

This warranty applies to normal residential use only.  Defects resulting from negligence or abuse are not covered.  Hickory Forge is not responsible for any damage incurred through misuse of our products.
